Rachael and David have a vivaciousness and zest for life that is hard to match. They enjoy a lot of outdoor activities, so getting them out into nature for their engagement session was a must! They’re extremely cute and loved laughing at each other as we took their photos.

The sunlight was perfect as we moved around these gorgeous trails and over quiet streams. Rachael and David seemed to merge with their surroundings, enjoying the peacefulness of it all. And I think that’s a defining characteristic of their relationship; a calm and joy of sharing their lives with each other. Quite simply, they’re two people completely in love with each other.

We’re so excited for their wedding this coming January and really enjoyed getting to know them better as a couple during the engagement session. They instantly treated us like close friends and we really look forward to seeing them again.

We had a very busy weekend packed with mini sessions and wedding consultations, but the highlight was Rachael & David’s engagement session at one of their favorite places in Jacksonville! I am in awe of the beauty of the setting and just how adorable and affectionate this couple was! I’m putting this engagement session up on our list of favorites! We had a great time and can’t wait to share more of Rachael & David later this week! : )

We’ve had some fun engagement sessions, but few can compete with the bright lights of Las Vegas and our adorable couple Maricel & EJ! Their e-session was recently featured on the wedding blog “On The Go Bride.” These are still some of my favorite engagement photos ever! I’m glad we all happened to be in Vegas that week and were able to do this!

This week is off to an exciting start! Monday was the launch of an exciting new wedding blog, Latina Novia! We’ve been anxiously awaiting this launch because it’s such a unique niche for wedding inspiration! We’ve also been anticipating this launch because we knew that Latina Novia was planning on featuring Sandra & Rafael’s super-hot Cuban glam engagement photos! What we didn’t expect was that they would be the very first feature – EVER – on Latina Novia!

Wow!! : )

Friday can come, because this news totally made my week! Sandy was so excited, too! As well she should be, because she was the vision behind this incredible themed engagement session! I seriously loved everything about this session!! Ahhh!!

Sandra & Rafael are planning the final details for the big day – which is next week! I just had coffee with Sandy and trust me – this wedding will be beautiful!!

Congratulations to Latina Novia on your launch, and thank you so much for featuring Sandra & Rafael’s engagement session! Much love and success to you! XOXO

The engagement session was my first time meeting Kizzy & Darren in person, but through Facebook I felt like I already knew so much about them! I have never seen two people write so many cute messages to each other… just to say “I’m thinking of you” and “I can’t wait to marry you.” But they are even sweeter to each other in person!

The day of their e-session was actually Kizzy’s birthday, but she was the one who surprised Darren with flowers and a picnic! She set up a heart with flower petals in front of the fountain and brought a fruit and cheese platter and some margaritas.

It’s great to have a crush on the person you are going to marry! Kizzy and Darren have known each other since they were teenagers, and it’s safe to say that they are going to be old and gray and still look at each other the way they do today! I overheard Darren saying to Kizzy “You’re kisses make me weak!” Yeah, they are THAT dang cute!

It’s easy to see why these two are so loved! We stopped at a gas station and I heard people say “Happy birthday Kizzy!” We also ran into her dad there, and he bought her a little cake and some candles. Kizzy has told me several times that family is very important to her. She loves with her whole heart and has found someone who loves her the way she deserves!

Thank you both for a great time the other day! I hope these photos will always remind you of this exciting time in your lives and a wonderful birthday! Just think – next year you’ll be celebrating your birthday with a new last name!!! : D

Today is a very special day! Not only did Kizzy and Darren get to shoot their engagement photos at the Stephen Foster Folk Cultural Center, but today also happens to be Kizzy’s birthday! So for their sneak peek I had to post two photos instead of the usual one!

I had a great time with you guys today! Hope you have a wonderful time celebrating with the family tonight! : )

She laughs the same way that she loves – as hard as she can, without holding anything back. And he can’t help but laugh with her, noting how adorable she is when she crinkles her nose and squints her eyes. That’s because Ashley bubbly personality is contagious. You just can’t be around her and NOT smile!

We had such a fun time with these two lovebirds! Even early in the morning, they were full of smiles for us! We spent the morning with them at a local park getting to know more about them, including talking about their favorite team, the Atlanta Falcons! It’s great to have football compatibility. Trust me, I’ve been working on Matt for almost 7 years to get him to like my team! LOL!

We can’t wait for their wedding next spring, but for now here’s an introduction to the cuteness that is Ashley & Louis! : )

Tracy and Dennis first met through work and were initially just friends. After changing jobs, they still kept in touch, and soon realized that there was more than just friendship between them!

We started off at the former Wachovia Building in downtown Jacksonville where Tracy and Dennis first met. It was exciting to see the place where it all began, and they even ran into a few people that they used to work with while we were shooting! After hanging out in the atrium for awhile, we finally moved across the river to the new and improve Friendship Fountain, to enjoy the lights of the fountain and the Jacksonville riverfront. We even convinced them to walk up onto the Mainstreet Bridge for some shots looking back at the fountain.

Tracey and Dennis are the first to tell you how different they are, but it’s very easy to see how much they adore each other. From the way they just look at each other and smile to how they giggle and laugh, it’s easy to see that despite any differences in their personalities, these two were made for each other.

We had a great time hanging out with the two of you and we can’t wait for your wedding next year! And thanks so much to our past bride Angie for telling Tracy & Dennis about us! : )

We hope that you are enjoying your Labor Day weekend! We’re looking forward to doing a low country boil tomorrow with our friends Tom & Linda, but the highlight today was an early morning engagement session with Ashley & Louis! They were all cuddles and cuteness this morning, and there were plenty of giggles, too! Our guess is there is never a dull moment with these two! They are always doing fun and exciting things, and they even gave us the idea to go to Sea World for Matt’s birthday!

More smiles coming later this week! Can’t wait to share more of these two lovebirds!! : )

August was an AMAZING month, and what better way to close it out than with an engagement session with our gorgeous couple Tracy & Dennis in beautiful downtown Jacksonville! With temperatures *only* in the upper 80s, it hinted that summer really might be coming to an end! Pumpkin spice season can’t get here soon enough!!

Here’s a little sneak peek from tonight’s session! We can’t wait to share more photos and tell you all about where we went (and why!). : )
