After much anticipation and waiting, we finally got to see The Dark Knight. I’m so glad we got IMAX tickets because the opening scene and other scenes shot with an IMAX camera were phenomenal! We already can’t wait to see it again. I’ve heard some people say the movie was too long, but I thought it could have been longer. I certainly would liked to have seen more of Heath Ledger. For most of the movie it didn’t even occur to me that he was playing the Joker. My jaw dropped during so many parts of the movie. The tactics used by the Joker just shocked me (OMG… the “magic trick” FREAKED ME OUT!!). Also, Christian Bale is Batman. I really like him as an actor. He’s not bad as eye candy either!

In some ways I like the first one more, but this is one of the best sequels I have ever seen. I really can’t decide which one I like more. I keep going back and forth on it.

After the movie, we all headed to this little billiards and hookah lounge in Mandarin. They have a pretty good beer selection and I love hookahs. Below are a few pics, but some that I took at World Golf Village.
