Our recent shoot with pinup model Dianna Prince was featured in the March issue of Peepshow Pinup Magazine! Pinup photography is a new genre for me, but it’s so much fun! I enjoyed working with Dianna, who is just a lovely and inspiring model. She may also be the hardest working model I have ever met! She is always shooting and working on new projects! I’m excited to shoot again with her latest this month on an amazing project!

We are excited to announce a couple new offerings to our wedding and portrait clients! First, we have two new albums available. These albums are smaller and more affordable than our wedding albums, but they are still flush mount albums with a beautiful lustre finish. They are perfect for portrait sessions including babies, families, pets, and boudoir. These albums will be offered in a 6×8 portrait size or two square sizes: 6×6 and 8×8. One of the albums has a thin black cover and the other has a leatherette cover available in a variety of colors. The 8×8 leatherette album will also replace our current parent album for wedding packages. Here’s a glimpse of the new albums:
We are also thrilled to share that your PASS gallery is now available as an app on your smartphone with improved features, including access to your galleries offline! That means you really can take your photos with you wherever you go!
It’s a busy week over on the Pillow Book Boudoir blog! Today I’m featuring a recent shoot with pinup model Dianna Prince! She is truly a doll, and she has inspired an idea for another shoot that is going to be FAB-U-LOUS!! I can’t wait! In the meantime, check out our first shoot together, which was also featured in a magazine this week!
Classic, retro, vintage, pinup – just a few words to describe my recent shoot with gorgeous burlesque dancer Neddy! To see more from her shoot, check out the Pillow Book Boudoir blog!
February has been a busy month, and we’ve been catching up on blogging our latest shoots and news. I’m thrilled to FINALLY share Holly & Jon’s beautiful wedding at the Wedgewood in San Clemente! I adore everything about this wedding and this couple. The details were beautiful, the ceremony was touching, and the love between Holly & Jon is so inspiring. It began with friendship and grew to a deep commitment to one another and to their faith. Words are inadequate for describing the love they have, but those who know them will understand what I mean. I’m so happy to have met them and to have witnessed such a sweet celebration! Congratulations Holly & Mike!

A couple weeks ago, I worked with pinup model Dianna Prince to shoot a couple different looks. The images are currently under consideration by various magazines (and one has already been accepted for print) so I can’t share the photos just yet, but I can share a behind the scenes video shot by Mario Padilla of Cerberus Productions! Can’t wait to share more from this lovely lady’s shoot soon!
Featured in the Florida Times-Union | Brianna & Donnie’s Wedding at the Jacksonville Golf and Country ClubFebruary 24, 2014
Earlier this month, Brianna & Donnie’s beautiful wedding at the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club was featured in the “I Do, I Do” section of the Florida Times-Union! Their fun and quirky Zelda-themed wedding caught the attention of the writer of the column, and it certainly was one of the cutest themes we’ve ever seen at a wedding! Congrats again to Brianna & Donnie!
Yesterday, I had a fun time shooting this little cutie in the studio! Miss Amelia is a few months away from her 2nd birthday, and she’s such an expressive girl! She will absolutely let you know what she’s feeling, and she has no problem saying “No!” In that regard, I think I could learn a lot from her! As I was editing, I realized how much these photos captured her personality. I am so fascinated by how determined and intelligent this little lady is already! If she doesn’t become a CEO some day, I think she could easily become an actress with all this character! Oh, and add to all those great traits that she happens to be adorable as can be!

If you haven’t been over to the Pillow Book Boudoir website lately, you’ll want to head over and check out Vivi’s recent boudoir session in the studio! I always love shooting with Vivi, and this time I teamed up with makeup artist Beauty by Santana Maria, who created a beautiful look for Vivi. Here’s a preview from her shoot!
